Hanna Somatics is an educational process that retrains your brain to release chronically held muscular patterns. Using gentle movements, you re-organize the way your brain and body are communicating to learn better muscle movements. Somatics is great for anyone and virtually everyone can benefit. In our sessions, you make what was unconscious conscious, releasing yourself from old patterns that allow for ease-of-movement and freedom from pain.
